Jane M. Juhng

Jane is a Senior Director, People Business Partner, for BNY Pershing and a member of the BNY Pershing Executive Committee. She is an HR leader with extensive experience in business transformation, organizational and cultural change across multiple industries including financial services, hospitality, life sciences and CPG.

Prior to joining BNY Pershing, she was most recently the HR Talent Lead at Bayer for the Consumer Health North America commercial business and key a strategic leader in the business’ successful return to growth over consecutive years after five years of decline.

Jane is passionate about building organizational culture and driving employee engagement. She has done this successfully in prior roles by navigating ambiguity, managing retention and driving change. She is also an inclusion and diversity champion, helping organization to build cultures where all employees belong.  Jane’s leadership and coaching skills have earned her the trust and confidence of business executives, advising them on business and employee matters, succession planning and critical talent and organizational decisions and strategies.

Jane currently volunteers with the NJ Symphony. She has also served as a trustee and Board Vice President of the Tenafly Board of Education.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and a Masters of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University.
