A virtual summer experience consisting of two half-day sessions over two weeks, designed to introduce first-year undergraduate students to the financial services industry.

• Gain Real-world Insights from current interns and analysts, who will share firsthand experiences and practical advice on how to thrive while navigating your early career journey. 
• Develop Your Professional Growth with targeted workshops on essential skills, including networking strategies, personal branding and how to set yourself up for success throughout your undergraduate years and beyond. 
• Build Foundational Skills through engaging discussions and thought-provoking questions, all designed to develop your critical thinking, communications and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility:

Undergraduate freshman pursuing a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college/university with expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.

SOPHOMORE SUMMIT

A virtual summer experience consisting of three dynamic sessions across six weeks, designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to help launch your career in the financial services industry. 

Program Highlights: 

• Explore Our Business through interactive sessions designed to help you uncover which areas of financial services best align with your unique skills and career aspirations.
• Learn From Current and Former Interns as they share their personal experiences and insights on how BNY supports early career growth and development at every stage.
• Engage With Senior Leaders across the company to gain insights into our commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative and support work culture where we all thrive together.
• Tackle a Business Case Challenge where you'll apply your skills to solve real-world problems, demonstrating your ability to innovate and create impactful solutions. 
• Be Considered for a spot in the 2026 Summer Internship Program, setting you up for an accelerated path to future opportunities at BNY.
